Loonwerkers and transport companies use the MestLoket logistics dashboard to view open jobs on a map, claim rides, and complete digital VDM (Verklaring van Meststoffenverplaatsing) without paper. Delivery is GPS-verified so farmers and RVO have audit-ready proof. This page explains the three main steps.
1. Open jobs on the map
Transport requests from farmers appear on the map. Filter by "On my route" to see only jobs in your area. Claim a job and assign a driver.
2. Digital rVDM workflow
No paper forms. Assign your driver in the trip card, then the driver starts loading at pickup (GPS). After delivery, the digital VDM is generated and archived for 5 years. Audit-ready for RVO and NVWA.
3. GPS-verified delivery
When the driver marks "Delivered", the app records the actual location. No mistakes, no disputes. The farmer sees the status in Mijn Loket and can download the VDM.
